THE BLACK AND WHITE REVOLUTION

Its been a tough old start to the season so far for the black and white revolution but looks as if things might be starting to look up again. We have been hampered with injuries and suspensions and losing our first 4 games was far from being the ideal start but to be fair the fixture list hasnt been too kind. Annan and Stranraer Reserves look as if they should be genuine contenders this year for the title and Saints and Nithsdale as usual look likely to battle it out in the top half of the table. Saying that we were still disappointed to come out of they games with no points on the board and felt it was an opportunity missed against both Saints and Nithsdale.

On the bright side a rousing 5 1 thrashing of local rivals Wigtown has added some confidence to the squad and based on that perfomance we should be looking to push our way back into the middle of the table. Some of the young lads have settled in really well and are showing signs of developing into quality players.

Off the park Hoss has loved and lost, Wullie Cloy is back on bebo as he is single again, Wullie Rennies engagement is off, Martin Walsh is developing into a fine assistant manager, and Neil has only had one drunken Saturday night text.
